It is better to take your lunch break away from your work premises because, for most of us, the pressure brought on by being at work is a major cause of stress. A change of scenery is always good in these cases. Even if it just means going into a different room, leaving behind the scene of your work for a spell can see stress fade away. It can make a huge difference if you make time for yourself.
